• Building surveys - residential surveys. Full structural and condition surveys
• Building surveys - commercial surveys. Done to cover your own requirement (pre-refurbishment or alterations, pre-sale, pre-purchase).
• Architectural plans and designs - for new buildings, alterations and extensions to residential and commercial properties. Sketch designs. Full planning and building regulation approvals obtained. Listed building consent and conservation area consents. As existing layout plans for feasibility studies drawn up.
